- - I loved Skechers and bought slip-ons.
- - Feet swelled over the straps.
- - The straps won't stretch.
- - I can wear them for only a couple of hours.
I have loved Skechers forever. I bought a pair of slip-on sandals and loved them until my feet started swelling up and bulging over the straps.
So I continued to wear them, hoping the straps would stretch, but nope. They are so sturdily built that they stay out.
So I'm only allowed to wear them for a couple of hours before I have to take them off and wear my old favorites. I'm sad!

I've bought some Skechers slip ons this is my third or fourth pair of these shoes
I like the idea of slipping them on without fighting with them.
But this pair is falling apart the soles of the shoes are coming off.now I buy myself a pair of shoes once a year so that only leaves me with one pair.ive had these shoes for a little over three months.the absolutely WORST Shoes I've gotten from Skechers

- - I wore Skechers scrubs for four years and was satisfied, but the navy batch has off sizing, rougher material, and red rashes with irritation.
Avoid buying the scrubs
I typically wear an extra large top and an extra large bottom, and this sizing has consistently worked perfectly for me. Recently, I ordered six pairs of navy blue scrubs to comply with a dress code requirement at my school. Unfortunately, the experience with this batch has been very disappointing. The scrubs do not fit as they usually do; the sizing feels off, the material is noticeably rougher, and they have caused red rashes and skin irritation at the sleeve edges on my arm.
This is surprising, as I have never had any issues with your scrubs before. I am unable to wear them comfortably. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Customer service was very unprofessional
When I purchased a pair of $75 shoes, I had a 30% on my phone, but because of the weather, the cashier said he couldn't do anything about it, and it probably was online anyway, so gave me 10%. I told him that was unacceptable, he said whatever.
Then I called customer service and was told that someone would get back to with in 48 hours, no one did after 3 days, so I called again and was still given the runaround.
Your customer service is horrible and very unprofessional. FIX IT!!!

Sketchers response: wait and see what happens.

Dear Skechers professional,
I am not satisfied with the service I received at your store located on Coors in Albuquerque for the following reason.
I just turned 65 and signed up for Medicare with Scan Health Plan. On my webpagess for Scan there is a link for Discounts.
One of my plan's discount names Skechers. It states that I can save 25% on select Skechers footwear online and instore. when I tried accessing your shoes online through this website, it would not allow me to put any shoes in the cart preventing me from purchasing online so I went into the store. The website states that I can access a discount code on line but I couldn't.
I was placed in a annoying circle without a code. The website also stated I could call SCAN Member Services to get a discount code. The customer service rep gave me the code K2Z. When I tried to use my discount the Skechers Associates had no clue about SCAN discounts.
I tried to give him my code but he refused saying that he needed a bar code. Another gentleman tried to help without success.
I bought the pair of shoes anyway but I left your store frustrated.
I believe if you offer a discount to a specific demographic with clear instructions, I should have been 100% satisfied with my purchase. I like the shoes but the process was less than desirable and it stinks!
