Phone number was incorrect and was not letting me log into the account. Customer service representative answered very swiftly and corrected the problem within a minute or two. and was very nice and courteous very helpful

My shoes did not hold up

Never got to talk to anyonetried to fill out on line and was not able to completetried to take shoes back to Dams club and they were no helpthe shoes were not worn very much looked like soul just separated

Site wouldnt process my order. Finally for customer service # wasnt easy.

It should be on Skechers web page. Your person on web page was so nice and helpful.

Your website is so out of date. It you check on a shoe it then takes you back to first page.

Issue with damaged trainers

Hi Skechers Customer Support,
I hope this email finds you well. I recently purchased a pair of Skecher trainers for my son, and unfortunately, I noticed today that they have opened up from the sides.

I'm quite concerned about this as it seems to be a manufacturing defect.
I wanted to reach out to you to express my disappointment and to inquire about the options available to resolve this issue. My son has only been wearing the trainers for a short period of time, and it's disheartening to see them already showing signs of damage.
I have attached some photos of the trainers to help illustrate the issue. I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide a suitable solution. I would be open to either a replacement pair of trainers or a refund.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have always been a fan of Skechers products and I hope we can find a resolution that leaves both my son and me satisfied. I look forward to hearing back from you soon.

Was on hold forever after 20 mins I hung up. Not good customer relations. My visit at the skechers store even worse! I'm considering going elsewhere for my shoes! The Mgr from skechers store was to call me back on Wed July 10th and never called. Poor shopping experience!!!
