They stole my property

Ive been wearing sketchers for 10 years. I bought a new pair of the slip in sketchers in about 20 Warings a piece of plastic broke through the inside of the heel of the shoe on both shoes and cut my ankle.

I thought there was probably a rock in there, but on further investigation, it was a defective product. I contacted customer service. They had me take several photographs and send them to them. They said we see that theres a problem and we will send you a prepaid FedEx slip.

I sent the sneakers to them and they told me all kinds of things can go wrong With shoes and they were denying my claim. I asked for the shoes back and they told me we cant return shoes that have been sent for inspection. I have never been treated so poorly by a customer service they offered me 35% off a new pair of shoes. They wont send my shoes back.

Those shoes are mine. they stole them from me, they didnt tell me that they wouldnt return them.

Dont bother trying to deal with them. They are the worst in the industry.

A pure waste of time as the question I asked was totally bypassed with some stupid questions out of context of what I was asking
In my business I expect that the supplier always has a communication person otherwise I don't deal with them and ensure that appropriate training is given to the sales people. I was trying to help you but it seems that you believe that you're products will sell themselves, big mistake.we deal with customers all over Tasmania and I will surely pass on that there is no support or poor sales people that are not really interested. I have sold and managed business for over 55 years and trained hundreds of sales people
Today there were a large no of opposition on face book so competition is comming in leaps and bounds.

The lady that answered the phone claimed that she couldn’t hear me very well. She kept telling me that there was something wrong with my phone. I’ve been using my phone for many years and I’ve never once heard anybody. Tell me that there’s something wrong with my phone. We either had a bad line or it was her phone.
