Dear Skechers, I have been searching months for a pair of your older model shoes, to no avail. You see, my mother is extremely fond of them and has worn them out to the point that they’re no longer providing the support and comfort she needs for her shoes.

I will attach pictures of what the shoes look like, and if you still have this model, where I can get them?

I’ve bought her newer Skechers but she just keeps going back to these, and I always look out for her since she’s 74 and wouldn’t have the patience to do the searching haha. I hope you have them or perhaps an updated model of them.

Hi, not sure if you can even help but I purchased a pair of Sketchers boots at the end of last winter. So this was my first winter wearing them.

I waterproofed them and was super happy with them…, the only problem is the heel part on the right boot is not right or something is wrong with it. It is hard to get the boot on, once I do I have to adjust it and then good to go.

Is there anyway to get this fixed? Like I stated I am really happy with the boots just this issue with the right heel part.

2 months ago I purchased my husband a pair of dress/work shoes. They have begun peeling off on the toes of them.

Hello, I’m looking at shoe item # 193642****80. (Street Uno Night Shade Sneakers) I was wondering if they’re slip resistant? I work in a very wet environment and need shoes that’ll keep me on my feet.

Bought a pair of your work shoe / boot from Kohls. Wore then a couple times and there's something hard pushing up in the arch area.

Unable to wear. Very uncomfortable.
