I called to ask if the shoe company sold the Arch Fit insoles as I purchased from Amazon 2 pairs of slip on sneakers and I was told they do not sell them.
I'm just a bit disappointed that Sketchers does not sell insoles. They do not last forever, but a replacement insole should be available. The fit is very comfortable, and I'm just disappointed.

I have bought probably 10 pair of Skechers in the past but I think I’m done
My first couple of pairs of Skechers performed well, and I'm tough on shoes, but the quality quickly started to get worse and the soles now wear out so quickly that I can no longer afford to buy them. That's too bad.
I wanted to buy stock in them, but not any longer. If I hear that your quality improves, then I may again purchase them.

I recently bought sketcher shoes uno stand air black,i regret so badly now.Severe pain,uncomfortable and i even had a cyst on both 4th toes .
I bought sketcher shoes ,it damaged both by toes ,i have a cyst ,i have visited podiatrist and she advised to do xray and it needs aspiration now

Your footwear have saved my feet.
Back in May 2023, my partner Maxine introduced me to your Skechers brand of footwear. I had been suffering from a fungal infection in both my feet.
I had to take antibiotics to help with the infection, but as I purchased my very first pair, within a few weeks of wearing them, my feet began to feel better and the comfort from my shoes was simply amazing. Now, in my collection of your footwear, I have 19 pairs of Skechers.

I ordered two pairs of sandals, but one is size 8 and the other is size 6. I will send the smaller pair back.
Can I get a larger size, like a 8.5? Please check before you post it. I ordered two separate pairs of sandals, but both are supposed to be size 8. One pair is the correct size, but the other is size 6.

A company should provide attention to their customers. Ive bought Skechers for years, but will not buy their product again. The customer service department was not interested in anything I had to say about the chemical burn on my feet

Shoes
The shoes, worth $80, had a front portion made of fabric, which started bubbling within 3 months. The company claims it's due to use and can't do anything about it.
They asked me to pay a $20 shipping fee to their California warehouse and, to date, have not even bothered to return my shoes. They are asking me to pay again for shipping back to them.

Defect
Hi. I bought a style# 251027BLK.
I've been wearing shoes for about two monthes.
but the air cushion on the bottom of the right shoe is broken, so it makes a sound and it's uncomfortable. I like Sketchers shoes, so I've tried them many times, but this is the first time, so it's absurd and disappointing.

About my return and refund
PURCHASE A PAIR OF SHOES FOR WORK AND COULD ONLY STAND IN THEM FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES. THE SHOES HURT SO BAD TO THE POINT WHERE I HAD TO GO WITHOUT SHOES UNTIL I GOT OFF.
WENT BACK TO THE STORE AND WAS TOLD THEY COULD GIVE ME A CREDIT. I DID NOT NEED A CREDIT I NEEDED MY MONEY TO BUY MORE SHOES ELSEWHERE. THE RECEIPT SAY 100% SATISFACTION TO MAKE IT WRITE. I DIDN'T NEED A CREDIT I NEEDED SHOES AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE WHAT I NEEDED IN A BLACK.
I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN AND I WILL LET OTHERS KNOW NOT TO GET ANYTHING FROM SKETCHERS. IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

Poor Workmanship – Very Disappointing
To whom it may concern,
I purchased a pair of Skechers footwear on April 7, 2024, as evidenced by the attached document. My selection of the Skechers brand was deliberate, driven by my medical condition known as Raynaud's Phenomenon, which affects my feet severly.
My physician strongly advised me to invest in high-quality footwear to alleviate the severe pain and discomfort associated with my condition.
Initially, wearing the Skechers provided significant relief, enabling me to walk with considerably reduced discomfort during the initial two weeks. However, as of May 8, 2024, just one month later, I regret to report that the padding within the shoes has become entirely compressed or depleted, rendering them devoid of the support crucial for my condition. Furthermore, I have observed a cut spanning from left to right on the padding of the right shoe.
I am profoundly disappointed by this apparent deficiency in craftsmanship. Having invested R1,199.00 in a pair of shoes, particularly in today's challenging economic climate, was not a decision I took lightly.
It was necessitated by my doctor's recommendation and the widespread acclaim for the Skechers brand. My hope was to reclaim a semblance of normalcy in my life, as walking had become an arduous task due to my medical condition.
I respectfully request your prompt assistance in addressing this matter and restoring the padding of my shoes to the standard advertised by your brand.
Failure to do so would raise concerns regarding the accuracy of your advertising claims.
Additionally, I note with concern that your website indicates a total of 4,128 received complaints, with only 192 resolved. Such a disparity cannot bode well for the reputation and sales of your brand.
I earnestly anticipate your response at your earliest convenience.

Personsl injury csused by shoe
The attached Beige shoes caused me to faceplant twice. First time badly bruising my ribs and pulling my back.
Second time banging my head on ground needing a CAT scan, stitches and tetanus shot. Requesting reimbursement of $500 hospital bill, $1,200 ambulance bill and both pair of shoes I have no receipt.

I hated shoes, as I am a senior I’ve had back surgery that made my right foot turn in, I don’t like wearing the same shoes more than twice so as not to run them over, I take off my shoes as soon as I step into the house so happy to give my feet a rest but last week I got a pairs your Swift Fix wore them to the gym came into the house fixed my lunch ate and went into the den to watch tv I looked down I still had my shoes on I told my daughter these are so comfortable “lm getting myself another pair” they also help with my balance being 90 I sometimes lose it a bit as I walk, l have let all my friends know how wonderful these shoes are and by the way i love that you can put them on without the back getting bent out of shape.
