SKETCHY SKECHERS: Shoes got wet, dye faded, only owned for 3 weeks
Pure crap for a shoe. It rained a little and the shoes got wet. The grey dye faded and now they look like *** Got in Customer Support chat, and they refused to allow me to exchange the defective shoes for new ones. I even offered to send the old ones back! I wasn't trying to get free shoes!
The best they'd offer was a 35%-off coupon, which wasn't acceptable. But even then, when the coupon hit my email, it was for 20% off! Like I'd consider buying their overpriced, poor quality shoes any more to begin with, but then they insult me outright with their behavior.
They clearly have enough customers, and simply don't need me.
WHICH IS GOOD, BECAUSE I WOULD NOT TAKE *FREE* SHOES FROM THEM ANY MORE, AT THIS POINT.
****DO NOT BUY SKECHERS**** (there is a reason their company rhymes with the word 'Sketchy')

I've still not gotten an email from Sketchers, or is there a credit to my account? The original form of payment is not available.
So what do I need to do? The shoes showed up the day after I buried my husband, and I don't know how to get it credited to me because I keep getting the runaround. I've been waiting for the email and nothing, and it's a shame because I really enjoyed wearing their shoes.
I asked if they could just put it as a credit to my Sketchers account, but no; send me a physical gift card. This email eCard is a crock of *** and I guess they think I'll give up, but I will go to consumer affairs if I have to.

Answer your phone when I call. The website let me make a call.
No phone rang. No one answered.
Useless. You harvest my information, email, and phone number, and then don't have the decency to answer your phone.

Got a bogus trans #
First time ordering on line from your not so efficient people.I was given a wrong order # ,for a simple order.This was on 5/18/25.Color grey,code # 2309.Total $41.98 This is the # she gave me.3ws58511E232****V.And,that was it!!! Now,I have nothing else to go by sfter,giving her,and God knows who else has all my card info.I put a scam out,but want to speak to a cust.service rep.NOW,not a robot.English Speaking.

Shoes too small
I purchased a size 12 slip on shoe from a Schechers
online advertisement, I already have a size 12 similar shoe that fits exceptionally well,that's why I ordered the same size shoe. When the shoes arrived they are too small , I certainly cannot slip them on.
They are to short, and too narrow, how can that be? Evidently zero Q.
C. in China one thing they are good at "manufacturing inferior Dont products".

I bought a pair of Skechers air-cooled memory foam sneakers and lost the receipt. When I realized the box only contained the right sneaker, I went to the store, and they told me they couldn't do much for me.
They did say it was probably a warehouse error.
What are my options? I have been purchasing your shoes for years.

I ordered sketchers on September 23 2024 And today is 10-30-24, so I have worn the shoes for a month and the rubber traction is peeling off and the right side shoe the rubber sole has cracked and separated I paid 52.00 plus shipping my size 14 m I have a old pair that have lasted me for years and years thats why I bought another pair but the quality is terrible

The left shoe has a persistent squeak and I was recommended what to do to try to fix it. If it doesnt work I was told they could replace it

I'm so sorry to complain, but we live in sunny, hot Florida. I take it you have never been here in the summer.
80% of the year, Florida has a lot of humidity. We just got a new store in Palm Coast, Fl. The door is wide open. I was in there shopping and was so uncomfortable with sweat running down my face.
It's not cool at all. How do you try shoes on when sweat is dripping off you? I feel like I just stepped into a hot house. I'd love to stay longer, but I won't stay in there with the AC going out the door.
It's a bummer that your employees look just like I do, wet with sweat. It's gross. The AC unit was on and doing nothing to keep up. Your company will be replacing the AC in no time.
This is not CA where there is no humidity. So, for the wellness of your employees and your customers, don't spread Covid by living in a dish of germs. Change your policies for the East Coast states.
Close your door to keep the AC in the store, or you're going to lose customers like me. I'm not in a hurry to go back.

My first couple of pairs of Skechers performed well, and I'm tough on shoes, but the quality quickly started to get worse and the soles now wear out so quickly that I can no longer afford to buy them. That's too bad.
I wanted to buy stock in them, but not any longer. If I hear that your quality improves, then I may again purchase them.

I made a call. It lasted about five minutes and they resolved my issue. Instantly package never received. New order was set up.
Ordered on February 26 still have not received my package and FedEx says they havent received it either

I bought shoes; it started peeling off and tearing. I complained, but nothing helped.
I mean to say that if it were a local company with a low price, then I wouldn't be claiming, but after paying 7000, if I get this, then it's disappointing.
Please, in the future, I need to think before buying. Generally, it never disappointed.
