Cant find type and size of shoe

I like the Skechers shoe black multi Usually this shoe is sold out on Amazon and I cant find it on Skechers.com plus I wear a 10 wide and I cant find this size anywhere. Why dont they have enough of this brand. Where can I find this shoe in my size.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Was offered a new pair at the same cost in return for the pair that was damaged

Skechers has really changed, I use to love this brand, and have been purchasing their shoes and sandals for the past 20 years. However the poor quality currently offered to customers is shameful. The quality of manufacturing of the products has declined. I purchased a pair of shoes which deteriorated right after purchasing, and have been trying to receive support to no avail. Horrible service and a total waste of money

Hi

I have a pair of sketchers shoes which I purchased in February this year. Both shoes have small holes appearing at the front of the shoe.

I went to the store where I purchased the shoes and the customer service received was very bad asking me that this is due to wear and tear. I did explain that I have several pairs of sketchers shoes and none of them have this problem.

I feel that the quality of the shoe is poor as both pairs have holes appearing in them and only having them for six months I feel that the shoe quality should at least last more than six months . I would like the shoes to be replaced or some kind of credit look forward in response.

Sometimes the amount credited to your account is not worth the effort to get it. Also the shoes in question were not only defective, but no longer available.

Sometimes the company makes the customer do their work for them and in the end its just easier to wear the shoes with the defects than it is to jump through all of the hoops the company lays out for their customers in order to receive a whole $45 credit! Plus in the meantime they in their infinite wisdom discontinued the style which was my reason for initiating the original purchase. So it was either get a lousy $45 credit, take care of all shipping and packaging of said product or keep the shoes and live with the defects.

User's recommendation: Be very very careful with what you buy. Is it a style that they are very familiar with manufacturing or is it something that they farm out to a lesser quality production company.

Site wouldnt process my order. Finally for customer service # wasnt easy. It should be on Skechers web page. Your person on web page was so nice and helpful. Your website is so out of date. It you check on a shoe it then takes you back to first page.

My son spent over $60 for a pair of Skechers Slip ons. Said most comfortable he ever had. Unfortunately he only got to wear them for not even 6 months. Each sneaker had a huge hole on the bottom so both toes were walking on the ground. Also the rubber that prevents slipping was all worn out. Ended up in the garbage in less than 6 months. Skechers quality has gone down hill.
