I bought sandals from the Atlantic City store in NJ. Apparently there is a manufacturing defect.

After 3 weeks, the front top seam is separating. I brought them back to the store to exchange. The girl at the cash register advised me that they don’t take back used product. I showed her my receipt explaining I only purchased them 3 weeks ago.

She said, I’m sorry, that’s our policy. Does this mean that Skechers does not stand by their product?

They just sell them and not care? I have bought many pairs of Skechers in the past.

Hard to believe!

Situation resolved, Went back to sketchers and they exchanged the sandals with a new pair. Got a different girl who was very nice and helpful this time.
