Another month later and NO contact from Skechers!!! Proves they do not care about the quality of their shoes or customer service. Avoid this brand at all cost!!!

Wore the shoes maybe 8 times. The heel rubber part going up the back of the shoe split on both shoes.

Contacted the company in April and September and NO response!!!! I sent them pics of the heels where the rubber split and all the info they asked for in their complaint form. How this company stays in business is beyond me. They must screw over new customers and then try and get naive people to replace them.

Spread the word on Facebook and social media.

Its time to put this unethical business out of business!!!! Never buy these POS shoes.
